Peterson Toscano in his one-person play: “Transfigurations: Transgressing Gender in the Bible”:
I asked: who in the text is transgressing and transcending gender? I was shocked to discover some of the most important people, in the most important Bible stories, are gender non-conforming.
I believe this is an important, and potentially useful conversation;
and I hope you find it interesting!
The DVD is focused on Gender, in a Judeo-Christian biblical context.
Meanwhile, I believe this underlying conversation effects all of us.
